So easy to make and guaranteed to be crowd pleaser!!! With ingredients that you already have in your pantry and fridge, Peach Kuchen is a great dessert to whip up at a moments notice. Use either fresh or canned peaches. Both works great!!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch springform pan.
  2. Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside
  3. In a stand mixer bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and mix. Then add in the vanilla and mix.
  5. Beat in the flour mixture. Mix until just combined.
  6. Spread the dough evenly with hands that is covered with flour. Arrange peach slices in a spoke pattern over the dough. Sprinkle with sugar.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
