Russian Tea Cookies
It melts in your mouth and its crunchy!! And the powdered sugar looks just like snow!! Delicious mini cookies!!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer bowl, cream butter and vanilla extract until combined. Add the 6 tbsp of powdered sugar and flour to the butter mixture until it's combined.
  3. Add in the chopped walnuts and mix again. With an ice cream scoop, scoop out 1 inch balls and place them on the parchment lined cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet. Roll the balls again in the 1/3 cup powdered sugar. Store in an airtight container.
